Just walked in on my 34 year old husband brushing his hair having come out of the shower and his mother was standing there talking to him. He was STARK NAKED. That's so weird isn't it? I told him it was weird and said I wouldn't stand naked in front of my dad and he kind of conceded. I'm freaked out. AIBU?

This happened in his bedroom not in the bathroom.

People in this country are weird about nudity - an odd mix of coyness and prurience. OK, you might not do it, but there are loads of cultures where people, whole families included, go to saunas and hot springs and are naked in front of each other. It's not all about sex, you know. It's possible to talk to another naked human being and not think exclusively about their genitals.

Weird. It isn't difficult to just put some pants on. Even if you don't mind your mum seeing you naked out the shower it doesn't mean you remain naked for any length of time.
