Re:Kushner, if it’s Federal prosecutors who are pursuing something, find evidence of wrongdoing and ultimately secure a successful prosecution, Kushner wouldn’t be able to be pardoned as it’s a state crime, if I’m not mistaken?

BREAKING: The GOP claimed that the Tax Cuts would pay for themselves. Now the Official JCT research report just came out & it predicts only $385 billion of the $1.46 trillion will be paid for by economic effects. The GOP did NOT wait for this report before voting on the bill.
