To ask how old you were when you add your last child?

I’m 39 next month. Would love another child but need IVF. Send me your stories to give me hope that I’m not too old and it will work!

1st (and only) age 40 and 3 weeks.

Had my last at 25. Not having anymore can’t wait to be out of the nappy stage.

My mother’s had her last at 21. My mil in her 30’s.

I had my last a few days before I turned 40. Not at all unusual in my peer group. Good luck OP x

I'm just about to give birth to my last child, I'm 38. I had my first at 35.

28.5 when I had dd3 - one of my closest friends had her one and only at 45 :)

Had my first at 27 and my second (and last) at 29. My mum however had twins, conceived naturally, at 40.

Had my 3rd child at 25. She is 11 now.

Had my son at 21 and then had my daughter at 37!!

Why is it bothering you op? The chances of success or being an 'older' parent. Late 30s insnt unusual these days to me.

I had my first at 37 and my last at 47, after abandoning all hope. Both conceived naturally, with no health concerns for any of us

2nd and last the week after my 25th birthday.
31 now and all my friends are now having babies. Lovely to see them but secretly glad I'm through the baby and nursery fees stage of life.

I got pregnant at 39 and had my DS at 40 (second baby) However, I don’t have any fertility issues.

1st at 36 almost 37. 2nd and last at 39 almost 40.

Had my 1st at 18.

Will be 31 with my second, hopefully 3rd (and last) before i get to 35.

35 when first was born, 38 when second was born.
Most of my friends had their first around 35 too. One friend had her first and only just before her 40th birthday.

28 and I don't foresee ever having a third, DH has had the snip and everything. I would think at 39 your odds were still pretty good, though!

I had my second child when I was 45.

I had ds at 41 and dd at 43. She's now 12 weeks.
Both are utterly perfect!
I would love another but my husband is done!
No issues in either pregnancy either...no diabetes, no preeclampsia, no high blood pressure.
Both were vaginal births.
