I used to order on a Saturday and things would be delivered on Sunday.

My last few orders have been delivered in a couple of days... I ordered yesterday and thing are being delivered on Monday.

AIBU or is Prime less valuable now; I might as well use the free delivery---- option?! 📦

Pemba, I'm also only getting offered Pantry credit for no rush deliveries, and its of no use to me either. I'm missing my free kindle books too. Last year, during busy times they offered £2 or £3 kindle credit.

I’ve noticed the cut off time for ordering next day delivery has got earlier. It used to be 7/8pm but most stuff now has to be ordered by 4pm or if it’s something quite run of the mill then maybe 6pm.

Amazon must have tabs on me 🤨 despite my email saying the things would arrive on Monday they've just been delivered!

I tend to use prime for the free nominated delivery feature as I work full time, so I'll order any time in the week and specify Sunday delivery for no extra charge. I don't mind paying the Prime subscription for that feature

I also use Nominated Day moreso than Next Day, but the service lately has still been really poor. 5 deliveries in the past 2 months gone AWOL - some showed up a few days late, others Amazon had to resend the items to me. The latest incident was this week - delivery was due on Monday, I'm still waiting for it now! When I complained, they had the cheek to blame unreliable courier companies that they work with, whilst mentioning in the same email that the courier in this case was Amazon Logistics Hmm. "Don't blame us - blame another branch of our company!" Really unimpressed with them lately.

My items are coming today, I think Amazon are just being careful as it's a busy time of year for them.

I've had no problems with delivery. If you're ordering a bigger item its worth checking if it's available on Prime Now. I ordered Amazon Dots last week. Ordered them at 1630 they arrived at 1950 the same day

I drive past an enormous amazon warehouse near me every day. At this time of year, you can see how much the activity expands - the lorries are queued around the approach roads, and also there are overflow areas at the local park and ride. This leads me to believe it's volume issues with next day.

Although the one year it was very snowy and everything was badly delayed, I was frustrated that it told me everything was sitting in the warehouse down the road, but had to go via the courier in Glasgow (50 miles hence) to get delivered back to me, when I'd have loved to have just popped by!!

I love Prime for Amazon music and the fact you can actually download the songs, you don’t have to stream them.

I’ve got an old iPhone packed with tunes that i Bluetooth in the car. You can download onto 10 devices I think and there’s a vast selection from the standard offering.

Ive just been looking to order some stuff I need by Wednesday. It all says one day delivery instead of next day. Ie it will be delivered on Wednesday which is too late for me. Not impressed at all and I’ve contacted customer services but I think it’s an automated system as it hasn’t answered my question and has told me to select next day delivery. Which isn’t an option on any of the items I need.
Oh well I’ll meed a trip to the shops tomorrow instead

I live in Greater London within the m25 and tried to order some things today to be delivered tomorrow. The earliest 'Prime' delivery date on all of them was Thursday. I contacted them to ask why and just got a lot of cut and pasted company speak drivel.

Ludicrously, I have now reordered the items on Prime Now and they will be delivered later today before 4pm! I just had to add two reams of printer paper to make up the £40 delivery minimum. And they also deliver Morrisons items at the same time so I have three bottles of Morrisons very nice muscadet coming as well.

Well I have just ordered something that is supposedly Prime. It will be delivered on Thursday despite having "next day delivery" next to it. Next day delivery now seems to mean the day after the next day delivery.

I live at the arse end of the world and things advertised as being next day always arrive the next day. Something I ordered that was meant to get here tomorrow has just arrived.

I luffs Amazon Prime!

Prime used to mean same day delivery where I live and that has disappeared. For the last few weeks it has been order on Friday before 6pm for delivery on Monday and after that for delivery on Tuesday. It's noticeable now that things are not coming quickly and the couriers have all changed and even when they are supposed to be delivered and I have received an email I then get one fairly quickly saying they couldn't deliver it and it's been returned to the depot or worse my house is a business and they couldn't get access. In the last week I have comp, aimed twice prior to Black Friday and they have either re-ordered it or extended my prime membership.

I ordered something at lunchtime today and it’s not coming til Friday. As I said in a previous post, there’s an Amazon warhouse about 4 streets away. Not Impressed.

I placed an order for four items yesterday via Prime and the confirmation stated that all would be delivered today.

One is coming via Amazon Logistics
One is coming by DPD
Two are coming by Royal Mail - the tracking number supplied is invalid and the delivery date on Amazon has now changed from a guarantee of today to an estimate of any time between today and Thursday. There was no notification sent, I just happened to check the order on the website to make sure I had the correct tracking number and saw it then.

My Amazon prime order was placed on Friday for Saturday delivery. Saturday morning I received an email saying it would arrive but possibly a bit later in the evening because it was sent to the wrong carrier facility. I'm in Scotland and it went via Swansea and then Manchester. Update on Saturday evening saying it had arrived at the Dundee depot. Where it's still fucking sitting! Amazon have kindly informed me that it 'should' come tomorrow, but if it hasn't arrived by Wednesday, they'll look into it for me. Just renewed my Prime this month. Shouldn't have bothered my arse.

I've been waiting around 25 minutes now for a call from them - I selected the immediate call option and it stated that it would be "in about a minute". Live chat as usual is crap.

It has been like this for some time. I've commented on this before. You notice already when you try and filter your search results by Prime and still the earliest delivery date is 2 days away. My cynical prediction is that they are planning to introduce a top tier level of Amazon Prime Prime which you can then pay extra extra money for...

I ordered five items on Friday night - one turned up the following day, two on the Sunday and two this morning - with three different carriers (Yodel, DPD and Hermes).

I've never had an issue with them so i suspect some of it must be area-dependent.

Even though I live out in the sticks, Prime had always been great here, 98% of the time it's next day delivery, very occasionally the day after.
I ordered something last Saturday on Prime. The delivery is still called "one day delivery" but it then said after "Get it on Wednesday" . Even the super speedy delivery that you can pay extra for would only be Wednesday (before 1pm though!).
We spent a fortune in Amazon last Christmas, all things arriving quickly; may have to rethink that this year!
