To think that if I was Serena Williams, I'd be a bit disappointed in my wedding photos?

From the description, it's clear she went all out, which is fair enough when you've earned millions through your own hard work. And it all sounds incredible, but the pictures in Vogue don't really do it justice, in my opinion. I've seen much cheaper weddings look better (just in terms of framing and how you take the shot etc). Unless she kept all the best pictures private? Or she had multiple photographers and this is just one view?

It looks like fashion show, not a wedding. And for all the money that the dress must have cost, it doesn't seem to fit terribly well across the boobs. I know she's only just had a baby but a decent designer should be able to take that into account.
I did a teeny squee at the little baby booties though. And the family picture with the dog in it made me smile!

I thought it was going to be much more ghastly, and everyone looks genuinely happy and excited despite the stage management of the event.

She looks beautiful. The woman's a total hero, who cares what she wears!

The bridesmaids wearing wedding dresses???? They were just wearing white/ivory bridesmaids dresses - bit like the bridesmaid at the william and kate middleton wedding.

I didn't like her first wedding dress - bad fit - but loved the later dress on her.

They looked really happy though and she is beautiful. And how cool is it to be able to name your tables after your grand slam wins!

Seriously? They look delighted to be getting married and as if they were having a great time - the way you do at your wedding. Most wedding photos are staged.

The photos aren't exactly mind-blowingly brilliant, no. A few are nice but the lighting isn't great unfortunately. They don't look like they have been photoshopped to improve them.

She looked lovely, and I loved the pic with her bridesmaids and her baby and her mum. (The baby! Totally adorable.)

I hope they had a lovely time. I wouldn't have wanted a wedding in what's clearly some sort of event space (those awful ceilings - the photographer should have kept them out of shot) but presumably Serena, as one of the most successful sportspeople that has ever lived, had enough money to make it happen exactly as she wanted it to, which is what matters.

I thought Serena's pictures were lovely- I rather liked that Serena got a chance to wear a big tulle ballgown and embrace the side of her that she doesn't get to show too often-probably always in tennis clothes being fierce. I think she seemed happy...

I loved the group pic with her feeding her baby a bottle-all seemed very loving. And loved the dress she wore for the dancing with the sparkly trainers

I actually think they look less stage managed than many wedding photos. More as if they were allowed to take photos, but not get in the way of what was actually happening. If they were stage managing the photos, they would have been set up differently. Personally I prefer photos of an event, rather than hours stage managing photos.

I don't think it's horrid to be commenting on the work of the photographer and dress designer. They were no doubt paid a fortune to make Serena look fabulous for her wedding, the fact that imo they could have done a better job isn't taking anything away from her.

I didn't realise there was a theme or recognise Beyonce in the photos so I can't comment on that but hopefully she had a great day. She knew the photos would be in Vogue which makes them fair game for internet comment.

Not sure about all the squashed boobage.

The baby is gorgeous. What a little snugglemuffin. Her little booties were so sweet.

She’s given birth recently, her boobs probably are changing size daily especially if she’s breastfeeding. She looks amazing for a new mother.

What a beautiful baby! Absolutely gorgeous.

Seeing that she was probably using the bottle for the day, assuming she expresses, by the time she gets ready and goes up the isle, she probably needed another feed/expressing. Making her boobs look huge. The top of the dress probably should have been different but that’s what she liked/love and with breast feeding/having a new born, size can be unpredictable.

She is awesome. Her baby is just beautiful. If only the photographer had been as talented and fabulous as their subjects.
