I have NC for this as very outing.

And no I did used to be police then I joined the Fire Service. That’s probably very outing but I don’t want the Police getting a kicking. When I was in they dealt with this kind of thing better than Fire.

OP, so sorry you have had to go through this. I agree that you should throw the book at them legally. They won't have a leg to stand on if they upheld 2 out of 3 sexual harassment complaints and didn't sack him. Best of luck x

Defo speak to a solicitor. I took my comp to tribunal for constructive dismissal for A LOT less than what you describe. They settled out of court. Good luck. Do not let it go.

Just seen your email has already been disabled which is pretty disgusting if you haven't resigned formally let alone have a leaving date.

Think it adds more weight to constructive dismissal.

Would ring up your tech support and tell them that your email isn't working to see what they say - would be interesting to know who asked for it to be disabled and when...

also if they don't give you access to your email then isn't that preventing you from working properly which isn't fair on you or your colleagues.

Hopefully you have copies of everything you need evidence-wise from your email account.

I'm glad you are taking this further. What he's done sounds criminal and I would take it to the police as well as taking as far as you can with the service. It's a disgrace that a public body allows that behaviour.
