Yes all kids today are far too fat anyway. If they are really hungry, they can find a job. Thanks for the 20p

They're a huge rodent, just like giant rat. Eeek.

EvilDoctorBallerinaRoastDuck · 14/11/2017 21:33

No, no, no, they're giant guinea pigs on stilts!

squoosh · 14/11/2017 21:36

Don't forget the baby muntjac deer.

OpalMoon · 14/11/2017 22:15

Am I too late to donate?

For both capybara and baby muntjac I can offer £2.37 in loose change, and half a packet of Oaties (Aldi version of Hobnobs but much nicer).

Jux · 14/11/2017 22:16

Schadenfreude, are you closing the door on my gibbons?Sad
If I pointed out they're not monkeys but apes, would that help? If they sang beautifully for you, would that help?

Oh OK, but no one gets my cousin then

I live in rural Brazil so we have wild capybara, although they are called capivara where I live. We also have wild sloths , armadillos and anteaters. Capivara are coming back too due to strict wildlife laws. We probably have tapir too although I've never seen one. Also Jaguar but those are high up on the mountains.

ItsInTheDogsMouth · 14/11/2017 23:16

You can have all my reward points from everywhere if you include baby bats in dusters.

Naw - monkey pizza, I could eat; but something as sweet and charming as a capybara - it would just break my heart!

I like the bats in dusters.

Weedsnseeds1 · 14/11/2017 23:53

Pallas cats, please, if they promise not to eat anything?

Jux · 15/11/2017 00:01

Oh those pallas cats. They’ll promise anything.

LonnyVonnyWilsonFrickett · 15/11/2017 00:04

I've had a bit of Wine and am concerned you're all making these animals up. There is some excellent big-lugged photo shopping on this thread.

Herja · 15/11/2017 00:08

Fun fact. They were liturgicaly classed as fish, so that missionary priests and monks could eat them during fast periods, as there weren't enough fish available (Fish acceptable, but not meat). Don't know if hey still are though.

IClavdivs · 15/11/2017 04:07

Except quokkas are nocturnal.

I've hand fed quokkas in the semi wild - actually they were probably completely domesticated and let out each day to give the tourists a thrill and returned home each night - on Rottnest Island (named after the quokkas because the Dutch sailors thought they were giant rats, but they're actually marsupials) during the day - they didn't seem to have a problem with daytime.

ZuzuMyLittleGingersnap · 15/11/2017 09:09

FrancesCrawford,

We'd need to keep a wary eye on them, or they'd nick food from the other animals.

Though if they scuttle away upright, like this one, who could possibly refuse? I've now watched the end 5 times: giggle just as much. What a waddle he has!
Grin

^ Sorry, wrong spelling. Francis.

EvilDoctorBallerinaRoastDuck · 15/11/2017 09:55

I still don't know if you're on PayPal brasty?

SchadenfreudePersonified · 15/11/2017 09:57
