So aibu to ask what's ruined your day?

For me....

I had a sickness bug the other night, slept all day yesterday and woke up yesterday evening dreaming of a cooked breakfast.

Decided to get a Morrison's breakfast this morning..... specifically asked for no mushrooms and no toast....

It gets brought to me with mushrooms :-( I bloody hate them. Stupid slimy cooked slugs....and the smell...ugh!

And to compound how much that has ruined my day...I look up (after missing my mouth) mid breakfast to see the guy I have a meeting with at 1pm (and is so gorgeous it should be illegal) is sat opposite me and has just seen me land bacon down my dress :-(

Today sucks. And it's raining.

This made me laugh. What innocent times! What was he expecting to happen as a result??

Lila I don't think it achieved a lot , still with Brexit coming up its a great opportunity for a new 'big conversation' on seagulls. I'm sure French lunches are a lot tastier. And apparently they target women specifically in group muggings of lunch. That's another 'big conversation'.

There's nowhere in central Wolverhampton that does clothes dye.

Today has been a stressful day between a trip on the steam railway and a meltdown in the park from ds. I want 🍕 and a hot chocolate

On another forum happily discussing a TV show when I suddenly got personally attacked for putting my kids in childcare-they actually said “don’t have them if you can’t mind them” really pissed me off.

Ds has a swimming gala tomorrow. He's trying a new event for the first time.

This evening he's come up all flush faced and feels cold.

I've packed him off to my bed with paracetamol and a DVD.

It's not ruined my day as such but it makes me feel for him because he wants to do his best and can't if his body isn't playing ball

On the plus side I (a) had a fucking great night out and (b) have just poured a nice cold glass of 'hair of the dog'
