Perimenopausal fanny gallops are definitely a thing. More I hear from my colleague, the more of a knob he seems but I'd drop my drawers in a second if he asked.

When I was married and in my late 20s, I used to secretly have the hots for a married neighbour who was around 15 years my senior. My fantasy mind liked to think that she fancied me back, and that she had similar lustful thoughts, as she was always very chatty and friend and would often offer me lifts to work. Or possibly she was just a nice person.

We had a gorgeous, funny Dr start a rotation at work (I'm a nurse). We would flirt shamelessly. He was lush. Everything I would want in a man. And he felt the same about me. I had been with my DP (now DH) about 6 months. If he had started work a year, 8 months earlier things would have been very different. He's definitely my one that got away.

He came back into work recently. As a patient with a horrible life altering condition. It's brought back all those feelings plus I want to look after him. I can't get him out of my mind. Fantasies of what could have been. I cried in work when I saw him. I don't know what to do
