I went back to read it and can completely see why my comment was deleted, in my tired state and rushing around I read it as “fucking tit” not “fucktard” I feel absolutely appalled I even posted that I’m so sorry everyone!

The mind boggles. Does she honestly think she is in the right or is she just going on the offensive to hide her embarrassment? We can only hope it is the latter - that at least displays a modicum of self-knowledge.

I do wonder what planet some of these people are on, she gets mad because she offered your services for free without asking? If she was so worried about saving face she should have just paid for the voucher cost.

I would let the PTA know you want her to come and collect the voucher you have now agreed to donate. Then ring it through the till and say to her, that will be £45 (or whatever) please ex-F1.

Sad that she hadn't reflected on it all and tried to make amends. Though she had previously had ample chances as well. I suppose it just shows her true colours. But you rise above it and honour what you have agreed to do with the PTA as you are the better person in all of this.
Your other friends will support you and however hurtful and unnecessary all of this has been you are not the person in the wrong here. Sometimes it is the silly things that can break a friendship as it shows us the moral code that other people operate under. Your F1 is morally bankrupt.
