I'll start this off:

The mom outside school today who said to her 3-year old: "Move it! Fuckin' hell, why are you so slow!"

Skinny jeans on men.

People who step off an escalator and just stand there.

MyOtherUsernameisaPun · 18/06/2018 08:41

People who sniff instead of blowing their nose

Excessive quantities of perfume especially if it smells like a cat vomited up a bar of vanilla soap

People who step off of public transport or through barriers in stations etc and then immediately stop dead while they work out where they are going

thegreylady · 18/06/2018 08:43

Skid marks on toilets
Children who swear
Mobile phones at meal times
Long tv advert breaks (max of 3 ads please)

GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER · 18/06/2018 08:44

People who say 'lenth' and 'strenth' instead of leNGth and streNGth .

Ditto sickth for sixth, and pitcher for picture.

thegreylady · 18/06/2018 08:46

‘Different than...’
‘Another thing coming...’

Tallyhooo · 18/06/2018 08:49

The 'accidently making eye contact with someone while biting a banana' has totally got me.....!

DiddimusStench · 18/06/2018 08:52

People who wrote ‘on route’ (worse, ‘on root’ Hmm) instead on ‘en route’

DiddimusStench · 18/06/2018 08:53

*write !!!!

Add people that mess up tenses..

EnthusiasmIsDisturbed · 18/06/2018 08:58

Drivers who can’t drive their big cars or think they can bully you becuase they have a big truck of a car

Those who come on light hearted chit chat threads and tell others off for getting things wrong

theymademejoin · 18/06/2018 09:00

People claiming they were stood or sat somewhere. No, you were standing / sitting there.

Misuse of "I". It is not "Come to the cinema with my bother and I". I don't mind misuse of me in the same way.

And worst of all, a milk mustache, especially on an adult. If you can't drink without getting it all over yourself, drink something like water.

NoNotheresnolyrics · 18/06/2018 09:01

People with big 4x4 cars who live in cities and aren’t farmers 😂

Tallyhooo · 18/06/2018 09:03

I wonder how many people are reading this thread thinking 'I do that'....

(Me!)

KyleLilYachty · 18/06/2018 09:04

Coffee breath.

AjasLipstick · 18/06/2018 09:05

People who hum in public.

Staff members in small shops who won't let you look at the stock because they're tidying up or something. This is something I find mainly in smaller shops.

sweetboykit · 18/06/2018 09:09

'Crafted'
It's not crafted it's made!Angry

lastnamefirstfirstnamelast · 18/06/2018 09:12

Seeing my hand towels put back like this......

No no no no no
NoLongerAskedForID · 18/06/2018 09:20

Haha the banana eye contact one! I always break the banana by hand and eat it that way in public as I'm too scared of the eye contact thing. Though maybe making eye contact with a man while breaking it is just as bad?!

Hmmm so which to pick out of a never-ending list

  • Poor grammar (his instead of he's is particulatly awful)
  • People who don't even acknowledge your existence after you've clearly and deliberately gone out of your way to let them pass by
  • Unnecessary pavement hoggers- let me past!!
  • Use of "bubba or baba". No.
  • Thespians (sorry)
  • Cold shoulder tops
  • Security guards following you around the shop
Laiste · 18/06/2018 09:22

People who reanimate Zombie Threads.

RedDwarves · 18/06/2018 09:25

People who say he’s instead of his!

This one gets me too. Cannot fucking stand it.

TheFirstMrsDV · 18/06/2018 09:25

People who reanimate Zombie Threads to be sneery about other people's dialects, accents and literacy.

CPtart · 18/06/2018 09:29

Grandparents (usually grandmothers) smugly pushing the pram whilst the child's mother trots along beside like an accessory.

sueelleker · 18/06/2018 09:31

Drivers who slow right down at green traffic lights-they get through and you're stuck when the lights change.

fedupwithselfishness · 18/06/2018 09:31

People who are professionally annoyed or offended by what other people do, wear, say etc

However, I am professionally annoyed by pineapple on a fucking pizza!!

Iamtryingtobenicehere · 18/06/2018 09:32

People who seem surprised that they have to pay for their shopping and start looking for their purse after being told how much they just spent.
People who get to the closed barrier at the train or tube station, then start looking for their ticket to open the barrier.
People who walk out of the exit then stop literally inches from the door, thus blocking the way for everyone else whilst they decide which way they want to go.
People who get off the escalator and stop to decide which way to go.
People who step of the train then immediately put their case on wheels which is the size of a preschoolers lunch box down and try to pull it through a crowded area.
People who think that their opinion is more worthy than mine or anyone else’s. Ok, I get it you do/do not agree with religion/abortion/Brexit/salad cream, but it’s your opinion, my opinion differs, neither of us is better than the other.
I don’t think I’m a people person reading this.

Minimammoth · 18/06/2018 09:37

It may have been mentioned before but.....gifted.
When did we stop giving and start gifting?
You are gifted if you have a talent. You are given a present.
Grrrr.
I will go and gift myself a biscuit.Grin
