To think my cleaner shouldn't eat all the biscuits

I've noticed that my cleaning lady is clearing me out of biscuits. She eats an entire biscuit tin whilst she's in my home. So 1-2 packets. She's never asked if it's ok or replaced anything. I've never offered them to her either.

Haha! Naughty cleaner!!! Why dont you just ask her if she's taking ur biscuits, i wouldn't trust a biscuit thief! If she's stealing biscuits what else is she stealing???? Why does ur husband like her and want her to stay??? I wouldn't trust the biscuit their or ur husband!!!!
Fire them both and clean ur own house!!!!

Oh no! I bet that's it, you really need to ask her now. I don't think this is a 'pathetic' problem at all! What a nasty thing to say, Gem. (it's WERE FYI, not WHERE)

People do realise though that cleaners have to travel between jobs so dont get to work 9 hours straight at £15/hr. Plus no sick or holiday leave. I think you are grossly over-estimating their annual take home.

QuackPorridgeBacon · 06/10/2017 22:14

Why don’t you ask her? Now you can avoid awkwardly asking her if she is eating them and ask if she is feeding the dog then. You are going to get angry at her all over again when you don’t truly know what’s happened. Ask about feeding the dogs the biscuits only then will you know for sure.

Simple solution #1:
Lock away all biscuits
Place note in biscuit tin which reads: Fuck off and stop taking my fucking biscuits or I'll report you to the police. Restore biscuits to the tin having photographed and date stamped the number there. If any are missing upon checking, sack her for theft.

(Slightly less) simple solution #2:
Fit a motion activated camera aimed at the biscuit tin, film her nicking them (and possibly feeding the dog). Sack her immediately for theft.
