To ask what Myers Briggs type you are?

Did this on a course today. I am ISFJ and I was totally freaked out by the profile. It isn't sort of like me. It IS me. It's like somebody sat on my shoulder for a year and then described me. Anybody else had this?

I'm an ENTJ, DH says it's a load of shit and you know what personality you have so you don't need telling, but I love a good test!

I've done it a few times and often had a different answer, dunno what the last one was. I always come out as Introvert, though, which is me to a T I don't care if it's been debunked or not. I don't remember the last answer but it described me very very well.

ENFP here.

This is the best Myers Briggs website I've found. It gives you the types in a sort of zombie apocalypse fantasy sci fi hero adventure story and it's very funny.

DH is an INTJ and there's an entire love story between the ENFP and the INTJ which is adorable and hilarious

I've had INFP and INFJ and to an extent I agree with this Of course it's like you, you're are giving them the answers! but descriptions of INFP and INFJ are inaccurate for me.

Yeah I wonder about this 1% thing. Obviously we would be over-represented on a forum, but to this extent?? Makes me wonder if conversely INTPs were somehow under-represented in the original cumulative sample.

I've seen many of these threads over the years, and there are always dozens of INs, quite a few ENs, a few ISs. Not sure I've ever seen an ES, although I know plenty in real life.

A lot of people say they're rubbish but they're misunderstanding, it's no longer advised to hold it against somebody so to speak, if they want to be an event manager and their type is ISTP then that doesn't mean they can't do it but it'd be unlikely they'd apply imo. But it's not the same as your outward discernible personality.

I am so typically ENFJ it's ridiculous. I can champion other people so easily, I am really the cheerleader but I can be paralysed by indecision myself. I read every word of it and it does strike a chord. I read the other types too and it is the one I got, my result, that strikes a cord.
