I made an aubergine, spinach and paneer curry. I'm not vegetarian but do like to eat veggie meals fairly regularly.

Chicken fajitas with noodles here. Washed down with a nice Pinot Grigio!

Fancy pants lunch out with DH today. A very rare treat. Tonight will probably be cereal or toast as a result!

Fancy lunch at my mum's, got the whole family coming over. So it's samosas onion bhajis, biryaani, lamb korma, chicken tandoori, vegetable curry & daahl. Can't wait....

Last night we have homemade Wagamama chicken ramen. Such a comfort dish that makes you feel good. Dh had some of our homegorwn chillies in it (from Lidl) and they were quite hot.

Stuck for ideas for tonight, though dd has just suggested Mary Berrys herbs crusted seabass recipe, which I do on salmon Hmm
