Beef casserole with carrots and potatoes. suits the weather we are having here today.

Salmon marinaded in cajun spices with extra cheesy mashed potato and buttered baby carrot sprinkled with fresh thyme.

Tomorrow we're having caramelised onion sausages in garlic and corriander nan bread with chips. CAN NOT WAIT

Homemade beerburgers, corn on the cob, sweet potato wedges. Nothing overly exciting I'm afraid!

I bought M&S Indian deal thingy for DP and I plus some beers.
I'm making a salmon and veg pasta thing for DD.

So have just mixed up the dough for pizza, and we will have that with potato, runner bean and tomato salad [just dug the potatoes up and picked the beans 15 mins ago]. Lovely

Pork, Yorkies, stuffing, boiled potatoes, veg.
Baked potato, coleslaw and salad.
Smoked sausage pasta & garlic bread.
Omelette, wedges and salad.
Venison sausage casserole, mash and veg.

Chicken dinner. It's FREEZING cold, the heating is on and I want something warm, filling and delicious.

Fried shallots, garlic and frozen king prawns. Add some harissa paste, splash of cream and throw some spaghetti in. Ready in 8 min lol

Tonight I'm on my own and feeling a bit sorry for myself as I've been off work ill so takeaway! Probably pizza.
