To ask what you will be having for your evening meal?!

I know this may sound very nosey but what are you planning to have for your evening meal tonight?!

Struggling to think of something and I need to try and make our meals more exciting! Thankyou

Aubergine parmigiana

Last night we had chicken katsu curry (because it's so quick and easy to make)

Steak, chips, onion rings and a side salad! Love me a steak.

Baked falafel with with hummus and rocket salad and pomegranate molasses for dressing wins for most MC assortment of foods (although having said that it does sound good).

Homemade pizza here (well, homemade in as much as in I stick the ingredients in the breadmaker).

Steak

Fish, chips and veg of choice. Mushy peas for my husband and probably broccoli for the rest of us.

Sausage & mash, with carrots and peas. I might go mad and make some onion gravy as well.

Slow cooked gammon joint, mashed potato and sugarsnaps. Boring, but filling!

Pizza, oven fries and wine! Yum yum.

My husband is preparing Lamb tagine as I type!

Can I come round someone's house and get fed? I've just rowed with my oldest friend via email and I don't want to cook anything so I've taken an un-named frozen something out for DP and all I feel like for myself is a quick drowning sorrows in gin and tonic. So I'm admiring all of you and your great meals. Sob.

Roasting lemon/garlic/herb chicken thighs/drumsticks over courgettes, yellow peppers, aubergine & plum tomatoes. Served with baby roast potatoes & sprouting broccoli. (Did have ham sarnies for lunch so thought I'd make more of an effort for dinner)

Whatever chef makes. Maybe the only perk of working in hospitality!

Chicken jalfrezi, mixed veg and saffron pilau rice

Beans on toast. I feel like crap and cant be arsed cooking.

onalongsabbatical Hows about a takeaway or some comfort food from the nearest shop? 😊

Rough couple of days so just gonna be something easy for me tonight like cheesey warm toasties, although this thread has got me starving so time needs to hurry up

I'm home alone for a couple of hours which NEVER happens so i'm going to pick up a whole camenbert on the way home to bake with garlic and rosemary with roasted cauliflower and other bits to dip in it, and red wine :)

DH is away so I'm having something with prawns and scallops- not sure what yet, but I always eat the things he doesn't like when I'm alone!

We had pork chops, mash , peas and carrots

Chinese hopefully

Home made (apart from the pastry...) bacon, onion and mushroom quiche with corn on thr cob and salad.

We will be having Vietnamese pork and rice.
God knows what the children will have, I wish they weren't so fussy.

Braised lamb shanks with roasted new potatoes and green veg, with a nice bottle of Viognier.
