Bloody hell it took a long time to catch up with all of that but well worth it!

A friend of mine had a CFN (nowhere near as cheeky a fucker as yours OP) but she was a 22 year old Chinese student who's parents had bought her the flat to live in while she studied in London. She did all sorts as she had no clue, and genuinely thought she could do whatever she wanted. My friend kicked up a stink (they had share of freehold), it got back to her parents and CFN's mum flew out and apologised and made good the mess she had made.

My guess is your CFN is from overseas and an utter fool a bit clueless.

BTW is there a prize for correctly guessing the most of the CFN? We should start a pool!
