Hello everyone, new thread as requested. hopefully MNHQ could be so kind (as they already have been) to verify that I'm the OP from the original four threads?

Sorry again about the title NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON ANYMORE but I will try to keep you all updated. I'll probably not be back till the morning but THANKS for all the support and nice messages Grin

Sellotape will work is the glass is dried first and the letter put in plastic sleeve.

Also I would fully be sellotaping doors shut at same time.

I am so outraged on your behalf that they haven't even had the respect to contact you yet.

traviata · 29/07/2017 19:10

Your note is excellent. Make sure you keep a copy for yourself as well, and stick one to the doors as pp said. Photograph it in situ, just in case there is some nonsense about "didn't get the note".

WhatIsThisWatt · 29/07/2017 19:10

Thanks scarpetta I will do. I have recorded EVERYTHING so far so my phone is just full of pictures of doors and cigarettes Grin

That reminds me actually, I need to back my phone up so I don't lose them.

Can you laminate the sign for the door, cos that would be perfect, lamination :)

glitterglitters · 29/07/2017 19:11

Big sign saying

" TRESPASSERS EILL BE SHOT"

And a super soaker full of piss freezing cold water should do it.

glitterglitters · 29/07/2017 19:11

Littledrummergirl · 29/07/2017 19:11

Refrain from entering my garden immediately, otherwise I will have no option but to call the police.

I would take out have no option but to call the police and replace with take legal recompense. (This allows for other options if the police dont help)

if you need to access my garden for the purposes of returning your side of this listed building to its previous state, please seek permission in writing from my name at flat 3a

Remove the please, your not asking you are exercising your rights.

MrsRhubarb · 29/07/2017 19:11

Unbelievable! I can't believe they honestly think that different doors are going to sort everything out.

These threads have made me take a quick peek online at the planning applications for my street. Turns out a couple of extensions that have gone up in the last few years are not legit, but on the plus side someone has been granted planning permission for the type of loft conversion I want. Interesting way to pass the time while waiting for updates.

Scarpetta1982 · 29/07/2017 19:11

I wouldn't put up cctv outside- she could also get into trouble for drilling and installing them, but install a webcam facing out of the doors that will record and also has remote access capability. If they can see a webcam on them at all times (also put a sign in your window advising it is recording) it may deter more cheeky f**ckery. But, as good as ken Raj is, he has a business to run and obviously missed today's shenanigans.

bluediamonds · 29/07/2017 19:11

have you got one of those plastic sleeves that go in ring binders? that'd do it nicely.

Laine21 · 29/07/2017 19:12

Yes call the police, ask for them to come out, and you never know they may have some of that nice police tape they can put across the door on your behalf. they have already committed a crime by their actions as regards planning etc....

but please tell the police you now feel you are being intimidated by them or their representatives actions

MadamePomfrey · 29/07/2017 19:12

Do you have anything that can be put in front of the doors that dosent damage them but means they can't be opened??

Supermagicsmile · 29/07/2017 19:12

Plastic wallets upside down so the top is sealed and then sellotape on!

Florene · 29/07/2017 19:12

As a police officer, I do wish people would stop recommending that posters 'embellish' the truth to get an officer around. At times there can be just 8 of us on for the entire county. 8. Not 8 per town. 8 per county.

We don't have time for false calls. We barely have time for the genuine ones, and in many cases don't get to these either.

Just stop. Please.

dreamingaboutcheese · 29/07/2017 19:13

This is a new level of CF-ery... Take a photo and then definitely post the butts through their door with a firm letter saying if another person sets for on your garden you will call the police. Tell them you have a camera set up now for security (even though you don't... They'll look forever for it!!)

Tentomidnight · 29/07/2017 19:13

Don't forget to date the note.

ComedyofTerrors · 29/07/2017 19:13

If you have a freeholder, i think now might be the time to contact them and get them involved.

Planning Lady needs to know about the doors in the kitchen and any attempt to fit them

newusernameness · 29/07/2017 19:15

If they have just bought the flat the land registry probably hasn't been updated yet - maybe someone can correct me but I think it takes 6 months sometimes?

WhatIsThisWatt · 29/07/2017 19:16

Excellent little I will. Thank you.

florene this is why I don't want to. It's obviously shit for me but they will have serious stuff to deal with.

Trying to find one of those plastic wallet things, and sellotape.

OP posts:
PoppyBucket · 29/07/2017 19:17

You have no right to access this garden, cctv is in use and will be used to take you to court

Might that not be a little inflammatory? When all's said and done, the CFNs have broken the law and will be brought to justice in the fullness of time. And OP is all by her own in the house, not even with back up from nine drunken EKLs who might be sober by now.

Is it EKL? I've forgotten what the E stands for now. Is that a bad omen for me or are others suffering similar confusion?

chuffinghellmun · 29/07/2017 19:17

When you're taping the note to the door, put a bit of tape across the door opening too iyswim. Then if the tape has come off or moved, you'll know if someone's actually opened the door! 🕵🏻‍♀️

pinkallypally · 29/07/2017 19:17

Tell them they need to go through your solicitor (not you directly) to request permission for access to rectify the damage they have already caused. And make sure there's a hefty daily access charge built right in to your permission agreement, which your solicitor will sort for you. At the very least make sure your daily access charge covers your solicitor's fees Smile
