Hello everyone, new thread as requested. hopefully MNHQ could be so kind (as they already have been) to verify that I'm the OP from the original four threads?

Sorry again about the title NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON ANYMORE but I will try to keep you all updated. I'll probably not be back till the morning but THANKS for all the support and nice messages Grin

My apologies snickers. Don't know how I missed your post - I've been glued to these threads!

So if we assume that Messrs Bodge have indeed nicked off with the planning dept 'cease and desist' notice [if that's what it was], then presumably it gave CFN a week or so to respond? If they're on holiday for a fortnight I don't think I can take the pain.

Okay I've just sat down on the train!

Shut my front door this morning and the pile of stuff that had been dumped at the front door is gone - so they've either snuck back in the middle of the night or picked it up early this morning - BUT WHY??? Why didn't they just take it with them in the first place??

Oh maybe it's been nicked?

Anyway, I went to speak to NSK (nice shop keeper) who was very taken with my friend last night Confused and asked after her.

He said he'd be happy to take my number and send me a text picture message if anything happens. I bet he's going to be standing outside his shop all day! Grin

My CF story was that NDN to my parents was pissed off with a little wooden bench the council and community committee put on a little green in a scenic area. Just because it was near to his house and he didn't want folk sitting there being able to look into part of his front garden. So in the dead of night the bench vanished and turned up some miles away at his brothers house.

The community committee returned in record time with a bigger concrete bench and set it in more concrete so it couldn't be moved. 20 years on it's still there!
