Spanish grandma en route and friend still in the shop thread #4

Wattyyyy · 28/07/2017 19:51

I can't believe this is the fourth thread.

To summarise: CFN have seemingly done a disappearing act, my friend is now OUTSIDE the shop but still talking to the shop owner man.

I'm waiting on the wine I can see in her hand.

@AnathemaPulsifer

You're cute. Typing so convincingly about something you know little about.

it's a grade II I doubt very much that the stop notice is even active yet.

NEWSFLASH. The CFBs probably aren't even breaking the law (ANY FURTHER) by CONTINUING the work.

Typically stop notices become active 3-28 days after they are served.

NB. The CFNs might also be away and whilst this will not affect the date notice was served, it could be taken in mitigation further down the line.

No new thread????

flowergrrl77 · 02/08/2017 17:38

If its me you're talking to, I meant the legal side of the right of who owns what my dear...

BAI!

Welcome aboard the zombie thread. I will be your captain & we have set sail for the coast of enlightenment in the land of common sense.

newdaddie · 02/08/2017 17:44

Did you mean to be a GF?

No. but if the cap fits... I actually think I'm being more helpful than the pp irresponsible things for OP to do for their own entertainment. Even if you disagree with me at least the very least agree that it makes OP more prepared thinking from a CFN perspective

DonkeyOil · 02/08/2017 19:01

@newdaddie

Oh, I think not. I'm jumping ship.

Barry and Julie aren't dangerous criminals and if they can establish a right to the Garden then why can't they share it?

I don't see the point in the question. They haven't got a right to the garden, the only way they might establish a right to it without OP's agreement is if they did so by prescription - which would take at least 12 years and OP wouldn't allow.
