Okay I thought I'd start this for when they inevitably show their faces!!

I have a slight update - I managed to catch the nice neighbour at the other side (I think he'd heard the commotion and was loitering about waiting for me )

He was gobsmacked! Apparently he's lived here for thirty years and has never heard anything like it. I told him I'd keep him updated and he asked if i wanted to come in for a cup of tea, I politely declined hahahah. Glad I now have a nice normal neighbour on my side!

@Watt, since it doesn't look like they are coming back any time soon, could you take advantage of this and set up a covert camera hidden in a pot plant in the garden so when they do come home and enter the garden via their illegal doors the look on their faces will be captured forever and any ensuing conversation!

Corner shop owner will no doubt will have details on the CFN. We need something to tide us over until their return. Let's not forget it could be a week or more! The corner shop owner may know what paper they read, are they organised or always running in for a pint of milk etc as the shop shuts. If they get their papers/magazines on order do they pay in a timely fashion? Are they friendly or condescending when they shop there? This could help us work out if they are malicious, stupid or naive! We need information or the posts will simply be repeats!
