Wattyyyy · 27/07/2017 20:25

Couldn't remember the title of the last one so thought that'd do!

No sign of them at all, went out and looked through and all the lights are off, definitely not in. WTF IS GOING ON????

argh I'm a bit behind and was only lurking on the previous thread. can someone give me the link to the last thread so I can catch up?

Theonethingididntwant · 28/07/2017 11:24

I wonder how many of these CFN have appeared on MN multiple times for different offences? Could this CFN be the Maui bride? The Mexican house thief? The CFN who used their neighbours drive without permission for years when they were out and gave permission for others to do so?

Timepasses · 28/07/2017 11:25

Reading these threads has taken up my whole morning. Worth every bloody minute Brew

MipMipMip · 28/07/2017 11:25

Good point TheOne! Is this Caroline and Nicholarse's secret getaway flat?

Belle1616 · 28/07/2017 11:25

Shameless place mark

BeardofZeus · 28/07/2017 11:26

Justice threads are so satisfying to read! I hope this ends with a return of CFN to face the planning team wrath and a showdown to end all CFN showdowns!

WhatHaveIFound · 28/07/2017 11:27

Felling a protected tree could result in a fine of up to .....

£20,000!!!!

  • Unless you do it at 3am in the morning and claim you knew nothing about it like our neighbour did. The council haven't been able to do a thing though needless to say he hasn't been able to get planning permission for the land he'd cleared!
shakingmyhead1 · 28/07/2017 11:27

Wattyyyy

show them the builder name photos and ask if you can secure the door with zip ties or block it with something

timis · 28/07/2017 11:29

Caroline and Nicholarse, now that was the thread with everything.

We need some of the other flat dwellers to come on now and give us their opinions.

Iggypupper · 28/07/2017 11:29

Nominate for classics!

Amazing thread. Literally cannot wait to see what CFN have to say!

IdoHaveAName · 28/07/2017 11:29

Their inspection is taking a long time.

Hullygully · 28/07/2017 11:29

Can you bookmark on a pc?

Badweekjustgotworse · 28/07/2017 11:29

Shock cfn are fucked surely??? How on earth did they think they'd get away with this???

Brenna24 · 28/07/2017 11:32

I hope your neighbours are suitably ashamed when they get told why what they are doing is so wrong (not convinced).

Pigflewpast · 28/07/2017 11:32

nutbutter could you make up a feud? just to keep us going til OP returns?

chickenowner · 28/07/2017 11:33

Changebagsandgladrags · 28/07/2017 11:33

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 28/07/2017 11:34

When you refresh, or click back to the thread it will automatically go to your bookmark.

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 28/07/2017 11:35

I'm concerned about the CFN's continued absence...

eyes new patio in laid in OP's garden by dodgy builders

gingergenius · 28/07/2017 11:35

Definite nomination for classics!

cardibach · 28/07/2017 11:36

Next door neighbour's small boy has just brought me a cake he made. I have the opposite of CFNs! Lovely cake, too. Need to get moving though.

sparechange · 28/07/2017 11:37

hully
Yes you can
Look at the top of the page, under the blue banner, it says 'start a new thread' and then 'watch this thread'
Click on that

Then you can go into 'threads I'm watching' and it will handily bring up a list of threads you've posted on AND threads you're watching Without the need for you to post and fill up a thread needlessly

Threads like this unfortunately can't make it into classics precisely because of everyone doing all the stupid placemarking, because neither thread makes sense without the other!

Save Classic Threads! Don't be a placemarking dumbass!

KatyBerry · 28/07/2017 11:38

If mumsnet reallly want to generate clicks for advertisers, they need to stop getting "famous authors" and "prime ministers" and suchlike to do live webchats, and start getting the cheeky parkers / mexican house thieves / center parcs customer services / CFNs on to take questions from the floor

glitterglitters · 28/07/2017 11:40

@MipMipMip now have the overly catchy Charlie Chalk theme tune in my head....

I'm pretty certain the credits caused seizures as well. 🙈
