I'm not too fussed about the amount they're paid (it's not too surprising) but the differences by gender!

Very few would look good outside of the vehicles that the BBC provides for them.

Best example I can give was Adrian Chiles and his co host from Northern ireland: replaceable talent.

I don't include Clare Balding in that as I think she would have an impact elsewhere.

It is that Chris Evans gets paid that much he's crap.

Also our local "shock jock" Stephen Nolan is on a fortune too. And his show is essentially just functioning alcoholics ranting at each other.

The gender pay gap is disgraceful.

The one that sticks out for me is vanessa Feltz!! How the hell does she get paid that much, what does she do?! And does anyone like her?

But the big story is the gender pay gap that a lot of people say doesn't exist, well it's clearly demonstrated here.

Some of them have better agents than others, obviously.

Ditching Evans would be a great move in the interests of getting value for tax payers' money. He's an unwatchable twat.

Not all the pay is included. Anything via production companies (including Graham Norton's own production company that produces The Graham Norton Show) is excluded.

I'm sure they could get someone for less money to do the dross Nick Knowles fronts. I'd also get rid of Charlie from Casulty and Adam Woodyat from Eastenders. I'd wield that axe hard.
