So this is a big no no in my book.
You see this person looking lovely from the front, made up nice outfit, but they turn around and it's like they got dragged out of bed, the bra is on view,, all of it.
Now is this just me or do others of you think WTF.

What should we wear when we are shopping OP?

Given that you are an expert.

Cailleach666 · 19/07/2017 08:09

Yesterday I went to Tesco in paint splattered trousers and crocs.

Have I made a faux pas?

mummmy2017 · 19/07/2017 08:15

Caille which bra did you have on display?

Sallystyle · 19/07/2017 08:24

It's a bra, who gives a shit if it's on show a little?

Most women wear them. I have no fucks to give if people can see mine on the rare days I actually wear one.

Less respect? You need to grow up and pull your head out of your arse.

mummmy2017 · 19/07/2017 08:50

There was a major Uni Paper on just this subject, which found that in the first 5 seconds people will look at what you wear and judge you, it is not something you can personally control in your brain it happens then it influences how you are treated. Maybe this is what the comment was really talking about.

namechange20050 · 19/07/2017 09:18

Where on earth do you live op that the sight of a bit of bra had people pointing and laughing?

MumsOnCrack · 19/07/2017 09:43

I certainly was not laughing and pointing at someone in Tesco - I said I went to Tesco in a white top and a neon bra.

Can you not just accept that lots and lot s of people don't agree with you?!

kali110 · 19/07/2017 09:55

Its bit unfair to pile on, the op has realised she was unreasonable.
It can be hard whwn you've frown up a certain way!

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 19/07/2017 09:55

Erm. Isn't a bright bra on show the 'in thing'? Not for me but my younger family members do it.

kali110 · 19/07/2017 09:56

OMg that jacket, if it didn't have shoulder pads i would rock that! Grin i haveva great loud jacket that i love wearing out.

SerfTerf · 19/07/2017 10:20

I have to ask, you wore the jacket and hat to go shopping in town?

Curiouser and curiouser.

squishysquirmy · 19/07/2017 10:35

I think we all make judgements on people we see.

I was out shopping yesterday, and I saw this right weird woman openly leering (I think that was what she was doing) at the women walking in front of her. She looked OK from the back, but her face was all twisted up in what may have been disgust (maybe she had just smelled a fart). I hoped for her sake that the wind didn't change. If only she had more respect for her appearance.
She was a female under 50, but I think her parents were probably older so maybe that's why.

mummmy2017 · 19/07/2017 11:48

Have to laugh at the comments, your true colours are showing as people . If you were twice as smart as you are, you’d be half as smart as you think you are.,

NoMoreDecorating · 19/07/2017 12:22

mummmy2017 I'm sure you think that was deeply profound but tbh you've come across as a bit of a twat. Perhaps you should check how to spell mummy correctly before attempting to insult others intelligence?

PMSL, it's a username, the other was taken.
