I find it interesting that Bindmans were disinstructed by the parents when they are precisely the best firm to deal with a case like this. They are top specialists in this kind of case.

I do wonder if they advised the parents enough is enough. Now the parents have instructed a firm that only seem to do commercial law

OvariesBeforeBrovaries, it is absolutely sickening this!!!!! why on earth do the parents not tell Charlies army the truth? This is not a critism, but a true fact, they are hyping up the mob without the mob being fully informed of everything and its so god dammed unfair.

Can I just say, it's much better for those commenting on this thread to approach this situation with emotional detachment for your own sake. Emotions are high and rightly so but they are also at the very heart of this and why this has become a battle field. Protect yourselves and your own mental health

It's ridiculous. The judge should just say, I'm sorry but lay people do not attend these meetings so it would be inappropriate for Connie to do so.
And move on.

Maudlin I think that's why some of us resort to childish humour I mean myself really. It eases the tension.
