I think that will depend on the scale of the new evidence which needs to be gone through on Thursday - if any.

I love this Judge, he does seem as if he isn't taking any crap.........

I agree, I came here to say he's not standing for any BS.

GOSH QC did well, too, exposing how poor the parents' case is.

Does anyone know, are the parents allowed to talk to the media while this is ongoing? If they are, I should think their legal team will be very strongly advising them to keep quiet.

Charlie's suffering has to continue. I feel utterly desperate for him

Just in reply to ceto, you can be ventilated via a tracheostomy.

But that doesn't explain why Connie apparently suggested it was either a tracheostomy or ventilation, and that if they had gone for the former Charlie could have been at home?

The Army are now turning on the defence team, they let the parents down, why can't they use the £1.4m towards better lawyers (apparently these guys are "Mickey Mouse" lawyers).

Some of the comments made are actually so appalling towards GSOH that i would actually locate these people and say that as of today, they are banned from receiving treatment on the NHS if that is how they feel about it. Seriously, I would if that was at all possible.

Honestly CA are existing in an echo chamber of their own making squawking this tripe only at each other. They haven't managed to rally round physically when 'called to arms', it's lazy people who love a bit of drama. From the safety of an armchair of course.

The judge's comments made it very clear that it is the evidence that counts, and not what people are saying on the internet. So if I were the parents' lawyer I would be telling them to keep away from the media as it has only been counterproductive to their legal case.

Judge has asked for clinical records of Charlie's head circumference as GOSH say it hasn't grown and mum is saying it has.

Does anyone know if this case is on the Free Legal Aid scheme as it is an issue of public importance, or do the family have to pay for the multiple hearings themselves.

Just on a point of information, neither the parents' barrister nor the one appointed for Charlie are QCs.

The CA are also bickering on another page about money going missing from fund raising now.

Do they really care about the baby in the middle of all their tacky air freshness and balloon releases? I don't think so.

I'm glad that the judge and GOSH's Qc are playing hard ball as maybe there will be a speedy resolution.

I can't help feeling that the parents have backed themselves into a corner. Given their fragile state I really do hope there isn't a horrid backlash.

I think the best thing they could do is go to ground, shut down the Facebook site, reject all publicity.

I think if Connie ends up in any more interviews then the interviewers won't be so lenient given what's just occurred in court.

Soda Charlie's parents legal team are acting for free as it's not covered by legal aid.

Indeed House. I'd be telling them to shut that FB page down too. So some of CA would start their own pages but everyone knows the family is behind that page.

Aside from that, I'm sure I've just heard on BBC news that the US Senate is to vote tomorrow on making Charlie a US citizen.

No, it's not on legal aid, soda. The lawyers have been acting pro bono, which makes it all the more disgraceful that CA are turning against them. It's not their fault that they are having to make bricks without straw.

soda I think the legal team are working pro bono. They aren't eligible for legal aid.
