MIL and Facebook

I know I am probably being U but my MIL has just announced my engagement on Facebook!!! It only happened last night and I didn't want it on Facebook just yet! I am fuming and am posting here to stop myself ringing her or even worse putting something catty on Facebook

fabulous Why not block and defriend? Because she's your husband-to-be's mother and it would be nice to show her a little bit of kindness/sensitivity/respect rather than contempt.

@Persemillion you're very lucky, sounds like you have a lovely MIL who understands who kids have their own lives, wish mine was the same - she thinks she gets to have a say in everything, from what days my Son goes to Nursery, to where we live etc!

Reading this thread made me very well aware of that @SparkkleMotions.
