It's not funny or clever or ironic, it's lazy and annoying.

If you are with me please post a Biscuit in solidarity.

I didn't get a Biscuit but I'm fed up of people pointlessly posting the bloody things. Once I've brought down Biscuit I'll start another uprising to get rid of the Hmm

I'd rather get rid of Hmm and passive-aggressive use of Confused.

I'd like to get rid of Hmm - I remember posting about my other half putting a chicken in to roast on a baking sheet which then spat fat everywhere and the oven smoked and stunk. I got loads of those telling me my oven clearly needed cleaning and that I was weird for putting foil on it... never mind his ridiculous actions it was me that got loads of Hmm!!

I also dislike "I can't get wound up about this". Sod off then lol

Yeah I hate Confused

I've never seen it used pleasantly, and the most frequent user of it is a snide little cow.

The Confused I think is always faux-confusion. That said, I did use it once on a thread where the OP was baffled by why people would do a top-up shop during the week. I mean it was akin to asking why some people drink tea and others coffee? Confused

Yes it's a bit tired now, like the spider willy joke on the darked on threads. (I like darked on though.)

Thank you acatcalledjohn - our uprising has begun!

It is a bit annoying. It doesn't even look like a biscuit. I thought it was a slice of pineapple with a cherry on top.

It gets in my wick when someone cuts and pastes what a pp has posted, then adds

But perhaps have a Wine or Brew to help with the calming down.
