Rudd I can't stand.

May I just see as a walking zombie that followed the terrible advice of that crossby guy.

beep I think to get to that position as a woman, you have to be really thick-skinned. Look at the shit they get. Thick-skinned people can be the kind of people who let stuff bounce off them, but they can also just be awful psychopaths.

I think there's also a pressure to not appear weak as a woman in politics so they go hard on policies.

seoulsurvivor · 09/06/2017 01:24

Ooh Amber Rudd looks rattled!!!

gunting · 09/06/2017 01:26

Rudd is having a recount.... I think results are expected at 2am but if labour take out the home sec, that is embarrassing for May!

Dandandandandandandan · 09/06/2017 01:27

She's lost if

Dandandandandandandan · 09/06/2017 01:28

It according to twitter

Thisarmingman · 09/06/2017 01:28

WHO HOO fucking Tooting get in

beepbeepimasheep · 09/06/2017 01:29

seoul I think you are right.

How long before May resigns?

beepbeepimasheep · 09/06/2017 01:30

No wonder Amber Rudd looks rattled, her father has just died, May treated her like shit and she's now facing losing.
I feel sorry for her.

Thisarmingman · 09/06/2017 01:32

Love Mhairi Black. Glad she got back in. This is young people's night. Loving the BBC not knowing how to handle a populist grass roots movement.

cardibach · 09/06/2017 01:36

I've switched from BBC to ITV. It was irritating me.

seoulsurvivor · 09/06/2017 01:37

beep

True, I forgot about her father. But I think it's pretty obvious she's possibly lost her seat, and the Home Secretary losing their seat is a big thing.

seoulsurvivor · 09/06/2017 01:39

this Mhairi Black is great, very honest and reminds me of Corbyn. I think people are starting to be more interested in a different type of politician.

gunting · 09/06/2017 01:41

I'm watching C4, Tories on there gone from confident to rattled..

Clandestino · 09/06/2017 01:41

If it goes on like this, I'm doing my weekend shopping up North on Sunday - and in the weeks to come.
Wow, what a comeback for the Labour!
Haven't seen the Daily Foul yet. Probably spinning the propaganda about the decisive Conservative victory.

Thisarmingman · 09/06/2017 01:43

Seoul yes definitely. The BBC have been ignoring the frankly astoundingly huge Corbyn rallies where thousands have been getting engaged by socialism but it is an actual movement.

Amber Rudd was vile to Corbyn during that debate. I can't believe May put her in the position she did of having to do it under those circumstances though.

gunting · 09/06/2017 01:44

Apparently Hoey is out!

Clandestino · 09/06/2017 01:47

Ah, the Daily are burying May right now. Off to look for a new champion of the rich, the posh and the snotty. Wow, that's so funny to watch.

metspengler · 09/06/2017 01:49

Feel bad for Rudd, lovely woman who's been through a lot lately and stayed professional.

Thisarmingman · 09/06/2017 01:50

I love it when the right wingers turn on each other - they're just so ruthless - excellent comedy value.

Thisarmingman · 09/06/2017 01:52

I do feel for anyone who has lost a parent so recently and on top of that been treated like shit by her boss but Rudd is far from being either lovely or professional.

Clandestino · 09/06/2017 02:09

This. Let's not forget that her yellow stars plan for employers employing immigrants was pulled only because of the close resemblance with the historical event not such a long time ago. She's an obedient May henchwoman and will always be.

AngeloMysterioso · 09/06/2017 02:19

I really like that Jeremy Corbyn actually lives in his constituency. IDS has a flat in my constituency that he's probably never set foot in but lives in a bloody enormous house on his father in law's Buckinghamshire estate.

Thisarmingman · 09/06/2017 02:30

Yes I like that too. And did you clock his el cheapo front door (same as mine which is how I know it doesn't cost much).

Clandestino · 09/06/2017 02:39

Looks like Sinn Fein are gaining in Northern Ireland which is amazing news.
