I'm starting to panic conservatives will get in again. I don't think I can face it! I work for the prison service, NHS and have kids in school. I can't take any more hits to any if these services!!!! I've never voted labour before but I am so passionate about it now! Prisons r so unsafe right now! and the NHS cannot take any more hits. If things don't change soon I just don't think either of my jobs will be viable, and as for schools - they also cannot take much more of a hit.

Please join me and vote labour! (Sorry to all those that hate this sort of thread Sad not meaning to annoy anyone! just feel the onset of panic!)

wfrances · 07/06/2017 23:26

labour vote here ,

maudismyfavouritepony · 07/06/2017 23:26

Its true, every person for themselves, the Margaret Thatcher legacy Sad

Lets hope none of you Tory voters ever needs a nurse / policeman /social worker or other public servant.

JamesBlonde1 · 07/06/2017 23:27

Not on your nelly

peachgreen · 07/06/2017 23:27

The Conservatives will get in again. It's not even in question. Sad but true.

Boynamedsue · 07/06/2017 23:28

I already voted labour (postal vote). But please don't get your hopes up OP, I really don't anticipate anything other than a tory majority.

Saying that I thought we'd vote to remain in the EU and Trump would get maybe 3 votes (trump, ivanka and Donald Jr, melania was totally voting for Hillary while the Donald wasn't looking) so what do I know.

I'd be very happy to be wrong this time.

YANBU

Pentapus · 07/06/2017 23:30

I used to vote Labour, and am not so inclined to these days. These threads just make me more adamant not to. Why would anyone try to exhort strangers on the internet to vote the same as themselves?
Utterly bizarre.

x2boys · 07/06/2017 23:31

But you see I was a nurse maud for 20 odd yrs during the last labour government and saw the mess they made of the NHS people have short memories.

Highalert · 07/06/2017 23:32

What a fucking stupid reason not to vote labour.

Now that's bizzare.

Leaderwithsoul · 07/06/2017 23:33

Yes, it's all fine and dandy now under the Tories.

NoT

BumBumPooBum · 07/06/2017 23:36

I'm voting Labour :-D

TinselTwins · 07/06/2017 23:37

Fuck no and I'm fucked off at being told to do so by aquaintances who were still in school during the last labour government and seem to think labour can be trusted to have nice things! FFS! LISTEN to public servants who saw the mess labour made of it all last time! Quit preaching at them! They might know something you don't!

Pentapus · 07/06/2017 23:37

No, High , it's not the reason, it's just annoying and an affirmation.

But don't let that stop you misinterpreting to your heart's content. Wink

User12345678912345 · 07/06/2017 23:37

Pentapus .... why not!? Smile

I hope that Labour get sufficiently trounced that JC will resign, and Labour can get a decent shadow cabinet together. It's important that their is a credible opposition in parliament.

redladybird · 07/06/2017 23:39

Not voting labour. I have voted labour in the past but won't be this time round. Tory for me.

sleepyowl12 · 07/06/2017 23:39

I already have. However, obviously I can't call it but I would prepare that it is much more likely Conservatives will win.

Pentapus · 07/06/2017 23:40

Sorry, why not what User? You mean vote Labour any more?

reuset · 07/06/2017 23:41

I'm tactically voting Lib Dem in my area, for what it's wortth, but otherwise I agree with you, OP.
Nice thread about some posters suffering under UC etc. Just one of many examples

YABVVVU Sick to death of Labour supporters begging for votes and trying to force people to change their minds! Tory voters just quietly make their minds up and get on with voting!

Pentapus · 07/06/2017 23:41

Oh sorry, you mean why not exhort! Grin

x2boys · 07/06/2017 23:42

The NHS is beyond saving in its current form it needs a complete overhaul not just money throwing at it .

User12345678912345 · 07/06/2017 23:44

Sorry Pentapus, I meant "why not?" in response to the question "why would anyone try to exhort strangers on the internet to vote the same as themselves?" Smile
