I'm starting to panic conservatives will get in again. I don't think I can face it! I work for the prison service, NHS and have kids in school. I can't take any more hits to any if these services!!!! I've never voted labour before but I am so passionate about it now! Prisons r so unsafe right now! and the NHS cannot take any more hits. If things don't change soon I just don't think either of my jobs will be viable, and as for schools - they also cannot take much more of a hit.

Please join me and vote labour! (Sorry to all those that hate this sort of thread Sad not meaning to annoy anyone! just feel the onset of panic!)

"Looking at recent polls a few minutes ago, it looks like it's going to be a comfortable win for the Tories. If that's true, I just hope there is no hysterical foot stamping tomorrow like we had following Brexit"

OMG. ^totally this.^

But I fear the worst! Wink

Ask all you like but I didn't vote Labour..

TearsOnTheGround · 08/06/2017 19:40

Just posted this on the wrong thread! Anyway, my Facebook is FULL of vile posts/links and it's really put me off certain friends because I thought they were nice people. They have actually shown themselves to be quite nasty bullies Confused

To all these people who seem to think Labour will save the world... They have been in power before you know....don't recall them being perfect then.

Puzzledandpissedoff · 08/06/2017 20:00

Epoxy with the polls due to close very soon it's perhaps a bit late to rehash the whole thing, but overall I believe the Conservatives have a much better grip of social and financial realities than Labour in their current state, and that this feeds into policies in the areas mentioned

Since I've voted Labour in the past and certainly don't agree with all the Conservatives do, it's not even that I'm massively biased in either direction - or at least not usually - but to vote for Labour with JC running things was quite frankly unthinkable

hellooooooomama · 08/06/2017 20:18

Well I didn't vote Labour Shock

It's OK I didn't vote Tory either, you can put your pitchforks away Wink

I'm a floating voter, I've voted for pretty much every main party in the past but I have never voted red. I just don't trust them with money.

If JC did by some miracle get in, he would end up even more unpopular than Bliar for all the lies in his manifesto.

No, sick of the evangelising and drama. YABU.

hottotrotsky · 08/06/2017 20:30

Labour are too right wing for me but are definitely the lesser evil.

So sad for how low my former homeland has stooped.

Bambambini · 08/06/2017 20:31

Went to vote labour, saw that the labour candidate lives in a town miles away and changed my vote.

BreezyBreeze · 08/06/2017 20:51

I would never vote Tory. They've done so so much damage to the most vulnerable people.
And failed to protect us from terror.
And ruined our schools, nhs and police service.

But lots of people don't mind this. So they'll get in again, no question.

Sad, sad day.

IntrusiveBastards · 08/06/2017 21:34

Yabu. I didn't vote labour or conservative though I know one will win. Both will screw the shit out of this country. I expected similar from all parties but those two have form and more opportunity.
