ITA - I have a DD with complex disabilities and life threatening condition, due to a congenital brain abnormality in residential care with 1:1.

Why when I literally have a shed load of paperwork on her, did I have to spend 2 days in 2017, while supposedly looking after her (because she was living at home then) reapplying for ESA, 3 years after the initial application? There is no cure for brain abnormalities!
