It's too fcking early and I'm tired.

Dh is now downstairs sulking.

Often a good time here as we are early risers - I'm always too knackered by bedtime Grin

Totally unreasonable to sulk about your partner saying no at any time of the day or night!

rightwhine · 26/05/2017 06:19

Let him sulk.

SelfObsessionHoney · 26/05/2017 06:19

I wouldn't be wanting a shag with someone who deems sulking as an appropriate response to being turned down, 5:55 or otherwise.

luckylucky24 · 26/05/2017 06:22

I would prefer morning sex to evening. Sleep is precious though so if it was at the expense of sleep I would be telling him where to go!

SleightOfHand · 26/05/2017 06:23

I don't think the time's the problem if you're both up for it but the sulking is another matter, not good is it OP.

Firenight · 26/05/2017 06:24

I miss morning sex. Kids are usually in our bed and awake by then.

Firenight · 26/05/2017 06:25

But if you aren't in the mood that's fine and your DH shouldn't be sulking!

bruffian · 26/05/2017 06:25

We definitely need to have more sex, our sex life is crap atm.

Now the bloody dog has got into bed with me Hmm

What a wanker

bruffian · 26/05/2017 06:25

Yes I hate the sulking

It's not a turn on!

OP posts:
howthelightgetsin · 26/05/2017 06:29

Personally I much prefer at 5.55 than 10pm but maybe that's me!

ErnesttheBavarian · 26/05/2017 06:38

Did he was you up especially for it or were you both awake anyway?

I don't think I would be responsible for my actions if I was woken up at stupid o'clock cos dh was feeling fruity.

I hate morning sex, smelly breath, dh is usually sweaty, just yuk

DollyMcDolly · 26/05/2017 06:40

I don't remember the last at time I had sex at night. Always morning time here. Sulking isn't good though and would put me right off him

Frankie89 · 26/05/2017 06:42

Sulking is out of order.

I do love the morning sex personally though!

bruffian · 26/05/2017 06:43

I was asleep! He woke me up!

mummyrabbitpeppapig · 26/05/2017 06:43

what a wanker

This

bruffian · 26/05/2017 06:44

He's in a right mood. Stomping about making noise. Twat.

OP posts:
DameDeDoubtance · 26/05/2017 06:48

Right, he does not have a right to your body, you do not owe him sex. Waking someone up is bloody horrible, sulking is pathetic. Tell him to sort himself out, muppet.

How is he about other things? Does he pull his weight, pay his way?

Witchitywoo · 26/05/2017 06:50

'dawn busters' are 👍. Sulking not so 👍

PaulDacresFeministConscience · 26/05/2017 06:50

YANBU. The only thing I want at that time is coffee.

In your shoes I would get up and politely point out to him that stomping about and sulking does not make him sexually attractive to you. That if he wants to have sex, then let's talk about it and try and sort something out that suits you both. But that if he's going to strop about like Kevin the teenager then sex will be off the agenda, because you find it childish and a huge turn-off. Unless he doesn't want you to enjoy it and he's just looking for a semi-conscious shag where you just lay there as a receptacle for his manly amazingness?

Datun · 26/05/2017 06:55

Yes, the best thing is to have a chat. Get it all out in the open. Otherwise these things just fester.

But if it doesn't damage your argument, or set him off again, please try and work manly amazingness into the discussion.

bruffian · 26/05/2017 06:56

OK I will talk to him.

I will have to come up with a sex plan though

We have four dcs, and a LOT of animals. By 10pm last night I literally felt like I'd gone 10 rounds with Mike tyson. I just want to sleep and sit and drink coffee quietly

bruffian · 26/05/2017 06:57

Lol manly amazingness Grin

Shoxfordian · 26/05/2017 06:57

Sulking is hugely unattractive also waking you up is bad! Is he often sulky?

bruffian · 26/05/2017 06:57

Yes when sex or lack of it is involved
