To want to know how to put knickers on properly?

I'm FOREVER putting holes in mine when I put them on.

How do I not do this?

This is...completely outside my experience.

But I wear those no-show, very stretchy knickers. There is no strain on them when I pull them up, so why would my finger go through?

You should put your knickers on in-front of a long portrait mirror. That will ensure you put them on correctly and stop ruining them.

Perhaps baby oil or a puff of talc to help slippage Op? I wear cheap cheap pants and I have never made a hole in them when donning.

Anyway, OP, I think this is a random superhero power that just hasn't yet been used in it's proper setting. Leave your knickers and jeans in peace and try your super-skill out on some real challenges - bet you could open those super-sealed knives and scissors, etc., !!!!!

Joking aside, that is the problem. The fabric doesn't withstand repeated washing, it eventually deteriorates to a papery texture. Not a problem if you can afford enough pairs so you only need to wash them once every six months.
