To want to know how to put knickers on properly?

I'm FOREVER putting holes in mine when I put them on.

How do I not do this?

Stood up, hold pants open out in front of you. Lift one leg, put it in, repeat for second leg. Underwear now thigh height and gently pull up over bottom.

I've tried different materials sizes and styles but still most end up with a hole in - only on the right side though!! I also regularly pull belt loops off jeans

Do you tumble dry them?

It happens to me too OP!!! Fingers straight through the top of them...I don't have long nails either.

I'm not sure who'd I'd ask to hold the camera?

I bought a ton of them along with soft bras (this was pre-DCs4 & 5 when I could wear soft bras without putting an eye out).

I wore them and wore them and wore them. I got really bored with them but they.would.not.die.

I eventually resorted to putting them in my hospital bag for when DD was an inpatient so I would have an excuse to chuck them away after one wear.

How can you put holes in your pants? You put one foot in then the other [not the hokey cokey!!] then kind of pull them up!

can't say I've ever put my fingers through knickers but thick granny pants are bombproof...

I do however constantly get my pinkie toes caught on the leg hole and have no idea how to stop this...

I used to have the same issue when I was buying M&S cheap cotton undies. I don't pay a lot now, recently got Sloggies in a colour /pattern they're clearing out for £4 for 2 pairs. That's on the Triumph website as opposed to an actual shop.

Which bit do you hold as you are pulling them up?

Put your fingers in the leg holes and hook the fabric over your fingers. Dont push your fingers against the fabric.
Pull them up.
Then straighten them over the Twin Moons of Arse using the balls of your fingertips and thumbs.

Wiggle more rather than tugging.
Check you wearing the right size

As a practical solution, how about putting some nice gloves on for the 'application' of said underwear.
Failing that a maid to dress you?
