To want to know how to put knickers on properly?

I'm FOREVER putting holes in mine when I put them on.

I've ripped thin lacy ones like that when ive been struggling in to them, but never cotton ones.

Usually it's when I'm hoiking them up a bit cos I've put on weight.

Are they maybe a teeny bit too small?

I do this too! The elastic comes away from the top of the knickers and I have very short nails....I try to now hook my thumb under the bottom edge of each side of that makes sense

Just here to say you are not alone op. Thumb goes right through the side sometimes. Need to rethink my pulling up technique! Or cut my nails.

No. I tried sizing up as o though maybe routundness was the issue. I shredded the bigger ones and they slipped down.

Do you aggressively knicker yourself?

You must be gripping the material to pull up. Bunch it so you hold the whole side in your hand, slid into position then gently unbunch to get flat. Use a backwards and forwards motion to ease rather than pull...

At least that's what I think :-D

No, legs definitely smaller than my bum. But then again so are some solar systems

I note you haven't mentioned knicker removal. I know one is supposed to put on a fresh pair of briefs daily but one is supposed to remove the previous pair too. This could explain the problem, as without removal the knicker wearing area will become more examsive causing strain my the fresh pair.
