in order to numb this (small pea sized) lump enough to lance and squeeze the bugger!

Tried yesterday and it was so eye wateringly painful but i only got a bit of clear watery stuff out. There's obviously more to it.

I think it's a great idea! Bonjela's ok in the mouth so it'll be ok down there yes?

Maybe she's not talking to us because we encouraged her to do something that really really hurts...

Serialweightwatcher · 02/05/2017 20:43

Don't understand this sporn thingy but I would suggest you don't try to pop any small spots in that area - I did a few years ago and I now have huge lump which GP keeps saying will pop but it won't EVER because it's in a fleshy part and will just keep spreading ... I asked about removal but she said they would lay it open ugh so I will suffer instead ... it doesn't hurt but is very uncomfortable.
As regards bartholyn cysts they are horrendous - I've had 2 operated on in the past which were huge and I could hardly walk and when others have appeared I've done the hot flannel thing but that's because usually they are on the knicker line and not so much in THAT area iyswim .... please don't dabble with anything OP

2017SoFarSoGood · 02/05/2017 20:44

this is not good. I am at work and have only 15 minutes more of my lunch time in which to revel in the gory details provide support to poor OP.

NoWittyNamesAvailable · 02/05/2017 20:46

Can someone please explain to me what sporn means?

I'm intrigued by this thread and want to know if it worked!

KayTee87 · 02/05/2017 20:46

The op has passed out from the pain

WinkyisbackontheButterBeer · 02/05/2017 20:50

Her foof has fallen off.

WinBigly · 02/05/2017 20:50

Sporn = pus type things

Spots, boils etc. even a decent wodge of earwax

There's a Sporners Corner somewhere on MN

Ruhrpott · 02/05/2017 20:50

Sporn = spot porn

SteamTrainsRealAleandOpenFires · 02/05/2017 20:51

Can someone please explain to me what sporn means?

S(pot) porn.

CrowyMcCrowFace · 02/05/2017 20:51

I like a nice handful of Original Source to refresh the parts.

Makes everything, well, tingly.

talksensetome · 02/05/2017 20:52

I once had a heavy cold and in my infinite wisdom decided to tip a load of Olbas Oil into a hot bath and jump right in. DO NOT DO THIS!!!!

I watched an amazing video today, google huge booger removal. its awesome!

picklemepopcorn · 02/05/2017 20:52

Sporn is sort of spot porn, I think. It's an unhealthy compulsive interest in spot squeezing, would draining, blackhead popping, ingrown hair treatment... What DH calls 'teaspoon surgery'!

picklemepopcorn · 02/05/2017 20:53

Don't ever Google anything mentioned on a sporner thread... Eyeball bleach, somethings can't be unseen...

Tigerblue · 02/05/2017 20:54

OP, do let us know what happened, good or bad. This thread has stopped me reading my book due to anticipation!

Giddyaunt18 · 02/05/2017 20:56

Am sure it won't do much harm.

QODRestYeMerryGentlemen · 02/05/2017 20:57

Have we been trolled?! Hmm

Laiste · 02/05/2017 20:58

Hello! I'm so sorry. DD4 (3) needing more bedtime attention and then DH all depressed about property.

OK. Well, i would recommend bonjelo for the fanjo!

It felt numb enough to push the needle it pretty hard and i sat for aaaages just squeezing and squeezing. Loads of watery stuff came out. THEN finally a bit of white stuff. Just a bit. No explosion or anything sadly though. Not sure if there's more in there. Started to bleed a bit so i feel i should leave it tonight. I apologise for any sense of anticlimax :)

I might do another session in the morning if it looks as if it's come to a head.

It's sore now. But not as sore as it was before the squeezing. The numbness was waring off before the end of my squeeze session.

I will now read my thread properly! Grin

Never google anything nasty people tell you to google!
Oh and OP, how's the fanjo coming along.
I'm getting concerned Shock

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 02/05/2017 20:59

I'm not going to mention when my partner used Blistex just before "heading south" 😳
I used to get a spot (not batholins) which would be bloody agony, then it would pop with a lovely crack.sigh. Happy days.

kissmethere · 02/05/2017 21:00

You brave, brave woman.
I applaud you...

MycatsaPirate · 02/05/2017 21:00

Bloody hell, this thread is hilarious.

I love nothing more than squeezing my own spots/lumps but really don't like seeing others. It makes me queasy.

But for those that 'like this sort of thing'. I had a small spot appear on the very top of my thigh once, at the back. It gradually got bigger and bigger and I ended up going to the Doctor who said it was likely an ingrown hair and to just see how it went over the next couple of days. Gave me Antibiotics.

The very next day my leg exploded. I am not kidding, I had a river of pus running down my leg, it was vile. I was on the loo for about half an hour and every time I barely touched the site, another load poured out.

Truly disgusting. But I did feel MUCH better afterwards.

Buddah101 · 02/05/2017 21:02

Grin QOD

Op I'm so happy for you, I currently have 1 in the bit between the front and back - Im not in pain yet but all I can think of in times like these is that Im grateful i'm not one of those people who would be so happy to have it that they could finally get there face on embarrassing bodies.

SpornStar · 02/05/2017 21:03

I had a Bartholins cyst once. It hurt like a bastard for 3 days and then popped spontaneously. It was a thing of beauty. I drained it while sitting on the side of the bath. The aftermath was like the shower scene in Psycho but with more pus.

I keep hoping it will return but no such luck.

cailyaclara · 02/05/2017 21:04

Well done, OP. It sounds like there could be an ingrown hair in there, perhaps?
