AIBU to want a secret confessions thread?

I'll start.

I am stupidly in luuuuuuuurrrvvvvvveeee with a man from work almost 10 years younger than me. He's so lovely, and funny and clever and handsome and I just want to lick him. We get on so well. He'd probably die of shame if he realised and on occasion I feel like I'm old enough to be his mum even though clearly I'm not lol.

But gahhhh, I get the fanny gallops....

No one has made you read the thread or the updates. I come on here for some light hearted chatter. Surely everyone who starts a thread is being self indulgent in one way or another no?

I have read and enjoyed/empathised/sympathised with every single response on here and it's been great.

Whilst you are completely entitled to your opinion...actually no I'm NOT that friend. I am an introvert. I generally keep myself to myself, I don't make life all about ME.

The beauty of an Internet forum is I have the opportunity to come out of my introverted shell as and when I choose and feel comfortable doing so. The subject of MY confession is lighthearted and I have zero plans on enlightening anyone on it in real life.

When I was a childminder one of my mindees used to bring in some delicious lazagne their Dad had made the night before for lunch.

Once they had eaten 3/4, I would bring out their pudding knowing full well they wouldn't eat the remaining lasagne! I would scoff the left overs! The best thing I have ever had!

My confession is that I've been reading this thread at every opportunity all day (despite being at work) and laughing my head off. I've also been hoping for some happy endings from OP and others (especially the one with Byron in Hong Kong - forgot your username sorry!) so I'm very sad to have finally reached the end and nothing!
