To want to confess?

TeenageCentaurMortificado · 12/04/2017 18:36

AIBU to want a secret confessions thread?

I'll start.

I am stupidly in luuuuuuuurrrvvvvvveeee with a man from work almost 10 years younger than me. He's so lovely, and funny and clever and handsome and I just want to lick him. We get on so well. He'd probably die of shame if he realised and on occasion I feel like I'm old enough to be his mum even though clearly I'm not lol.

But gahhhh, I get the fanny gallops....

NOONE CAN KNOW! I can do nothing about this. No telling on me!

Spill your secrets people!

Ooooh OP I too have a slightly toyboy crush at work. Have just seen from a PP that half your age plus 7 years is acceptable so I feel better about it now! He smells so good in the mornings

Crazyvaperlady · 12/04/2017 19:19

My partner works, I am a SAHM, and every day I spend a CRAZY hour doing every single bit of housework (bar washing, do that throughout the day) and pretend, when OH gets home that I am absolutely knackered from doing housework allllll dayyyyy Grin

Isthismummy · 12/04/2017 19:21

Tell you why toy boys are great you mean Expat?

I'm scared I'll sound too much of a drooling letchBlushGrin

JamesDelaneysHat · 12/04/2017 19:22

I fancy a colleague too. He's really tall, has lots of tattoos and younger. I can't even look at him properly when he's in the office but at the same time, I'm like a bloodhound, sort of pointing at him with my very being without realising it Grin. I'm married though and would never do anything, it just makes work a bit more interesting if he's around n

I told my dp that the festival were going to in September has private hot showers that come as standard with the yurt we're staying in.

There are no showers.

The yurt is also 150 quid more than he thinks, and my sisters staying in it with us.

He's going to have a lovely time. Grin

When I was 12 I microwaved my hamster...I wanted to see it go round..it never occurred to me the purpose of a microwave.i meant it no harm..I loved that hamster.he was called hammy.my dad tried to revive him with whiskey...I've been to confession (genuinely) .not my finest moment..

TheTabardOfDoom · 12/04/2017 19:24

Bit worried about Isthis s 'secrete' crush Grin It sounds a bit naughty to me Grin

QuestionableMouse · 12/04/2017 19:27

I've told everyone I'm doing the reading for my history assignment but I've really been playing Minecraft all day. I've also eaten a 400ml tub of Toffee yoghurt.

AcrossthePond55 · 12/04/2017 19:28

I have a huge bag of Cadbury mini-eggs stashed in my chest of drawers. I'm eating them on the sly.

This may or may not be the third bag I've bought and hidden since Easter candy started appearing on the shelves. Grin

TeenageCentaurMortificado · 12/04/2017 19:28

Ooh more letching yes come on that's more like it.

I can't give too many reasons as might be outing. But 1) he sooo young,
2) ok massively pushing it as this isn't even a thing let alone a long term relationship but I have child and want no more.. he has none and wants them
3) he soo young and handsome
4) we worked together (been there done that, didn't go well)
5) we do not live close
6) literally don't understand how/why he's single...! Although definitely not gay, I've explored that at length. But even if he was I would still be lusting over him with every fibre of my firey loins.

Jesus I do not behave this way. It's like a teenage crush Grin

When my dd was little and rather park obsessed, I used to tell her it was tired and needed a sleep...... sorry no crushes. Did have one 10+ years ago on someone 10ish years younger than me - I was mid 30's, him mid 20's. I think it was more because he was drooling over me than I fancied him and was flattered lol. I was married so nothing happened obvs. So you never know.......

Mollie85 · 12/04/2017 19:30

Oh God this is probably not going to win me any fans.... when i was 26 I started talking to a lad on the internet who had just turned 18 and lived in England (I live in the CI). He'd just started uni and wanted to work for the MoD ...

I am now 36 (just). He turns 28 in a few weeks...
We talk (phone) at least once a month, whatsapp all the time and have NEVER met....

.... because i was born 8 years before him and I fear that despite us talking about it all the time, despite the numerous pics and little vids, if he met me he wouldnt like me...

I've managed to keep that a secret from everyone (barr two friends) for ten years....

.... and he's just about to be deployed again (for the fifth time since I've known him)

namechangedforthis123 · 12/04/2017 19:30

I'm still in love with a man I had an on and off 'thing' with from 24 - 32. We were both single when we first met but I didn't think he was good enough to me so I broke it off. He got married and we met again a few years later and ended up having an affair for a couple of years (I was still single).

I broke it off and told him never to contact me again and blocked him from being able to do so. I still think about him every day and it's been about three years since I last spoke to him.

I marry my DP this year who I met a couple of weeks after closing the door on the other guy, I love my DP but if I'm honest I think the other guy was the love of my life.

Lorraine Kelly?!

JamesDelaneysHat · 12/04/2017 19:35

Teenage, why didn't you work well together?

Wells20 · 12/04/2017 19:35

My DH has refused to go on a family holiday for 5 years, because he is afraid of spending money. I finally persuaded him that we (DS aged 4) will got to Lapland before christmas for 3 days.

I told him it was a full £1300 less than it is.

(But I have been saving, and have paid for it already out of my 'secret' savings account that is in my maiden name and which he knows about but does not have access to).

Batgirlspants · 12/04/2017 19:37

Op my ds is marrying a lovely woman whose 13 years older than him. Why not?

I sometimes tell dh I have been to the gym when I have had a glass of wine in the garden with a book!

ew1990 · 12/04/2017 19:40

@TeenageCentaurMortificado I had a really bad crush on a guy at work, even had the rude dream, worked with him for 3 years, well he left and on his leaving do I thought f it, we have now been together for 3 years and expecting our first baby, I have no confessions just thought I'd share my similar experience

TeenageCentaurMortificado · 12/04/2017 19:41

Sorry that auto corrected. I meant we work together at the same company. I've had a relationship with a colleague before and that did not go well! Lesson learned.

If I don't like an item of clothing my DH has, after a reasonable period of time I put it in the charity bag. He has never yet missed anything.

TeenageCentaurMortificado · 12/04/2017 19:43
