To get 2 pillows and 4 cans of cider out of the caravan on the drive. He thinks this is normal.

AIBU to think it's not?

Suddenly, I get the point of sitting on the lav "ready in case".

I nearly pissed myself at that, and I'm on the sofa.

My DH has perfected faffing to the point that my DGC have been waiting 18 months for him to finish a garden house for them, I've been waiting this long to make the seat cushion for it because I can't do it til I know how big it will be. 7 months ago he brought the caravan stool home to repair, this was done at the last minute the day before the season started again. He takes ages just getting the equipment together. It took 2 weeks to replace a curtain hook and I eventually got a ds to do it. When asked to do things like wipe up coffee stains or clean the toilet he claims he's always too busy to do these jobs but all I ever see him doing is playing cards on his iPhone. I pay people to do all the odd jobs like gardening, window cleaning etc now, it's so much easier, I can't cope with the stress of watching each job lasting hours when I could do them in minutes.

Mine takes 15 minutes to iron one shirt. He stands on the creaky floorboard the whole time he's doing it too. That's in addition to the time he's spent finding one from the 300 he has hoarded in his wardrobe.

Asked DH to make DD beans on toast as I will make our dinner later. He proceeded to sit and watch videos on his phone for 30 minutes, go out and spend 15 minutes trying to find everything and then another 15 making it. WHY OH WHY does it take so long.
