I want to be at PILs house. A) they are less than 5 miles from AWE so probably wouldn't survive a direct hit. B) if they did survive, they have hundreds of tins stashed away, grow their own veg, keep animals and have a gun. No neighbours to raid their supplies, either.

The nuke site has been a real surprise to me. When I think nuclear war I picture thousands of miles of scorched earth but apparently not.
