Is it me or dh?

When dh has Cereal he drinks the left over milk from the bowl after he finishes. Aibu to think that it's discusting and It's not right or is he to think it's OK and normal to do it?

You should drink the milk with a spoon IMO, not directly from the bowl.

No, you're right, this is NO WAY to enjoy cereal. He must be draining the milk off the spoon and eating dryish cereal for most of the bowl. I think each spoonful should contain a good blend of both cereally and milky goodness... Anything else is an abomination like eating around the edge of a Jaffa cake and leaving all the orange goo until end!

I eat cereal without milk. Milk on cereal is gross.

Get him some sugary Kellogg's cereal. They are currently giving away spoons which are also straws. DS has 5.

He is right. It's got to be done. I use loads of milk just to make sure there's plenty to drink afterwards, all yummy and cereal flavoured. Mmmm .

He's right, sorry. Drinking it with a spoon takes ages, pouring it into a glass (wtf) is a waste of a glass, and chucking it away is a waste of milk!

(I don't do anything, I don't eat cereal - but picking up the bowl and drinking from the lip is just grim)

Once Cereal is gone it goes down the drain if any left. You just put enough on to eat it. Not a full bowl full of milk

Shouldn't put so much milk in he needs to drink from the bowl. Put less in and a couple of spoonfuls should clear the bowl.

The French drink hot chocolate from a bowl for breakfast and they're well classy so I can't see anything wrong with it.
