To not know whether I'm a robot

I've had two horrendous migraines this week. Both coincidentally when Openreach killed all the internet and WiFi in the area.

I'm a robot aren't I? Skynet's already in control we just don't know we're amongst you. How do I ascertain I'm not a robot?

I did one of those capchita things earlier, it took me three goes though but that was the wiggy wifi not me.

You'll have to chop yer head off instead OP. If you die, not a robot, if you live quite well but you now find bowling tricky, I'd say robot
