There won't be a First Lady in the WH. She will high tail it back to NY with the son and let them all at it.

There will be a First Daughter instead though I hear....

Melania is staying in NY with Barron while he finishes his education.

I thought she looked amazing in her blue suit, didn't see too much of the ball, bits I did see were a bit cringey. I can't imagine anyone feeling comfortable, dancing in front of all those people, the world watching your every move.

I don't know much about their relationship, how they met etc but I can imagine she's relieved to be staying in NY with her son.

I've been wondering why Ivanka doesn't get more criticism. Many people (including me) see her as poised and intelligent.

Obviously, she can't choose her father, yet she has in no way distanced herself from him. She knows what he's like and must know the rumours. She's a grown woman and successful in her own right, yet she does nothing to condone what he does.

She could have spoken out. She's very happy (it would appear) to be moving to Washington. Is she happy with the way her father behaves?

Is she happy to accept the anti Semitic views of some of father's new colleagues? Even though her husband is Jewish, she is now Jewish and their children are Jewish. The scent of power must be very enticing indeed for her to be able to overlook that.

I thought the most noticeable thing was how unhappy and strained Melania and Barron looked. When Melania and Karen Pence walked 'on stage' at the inauguration Karen was positively beaming - she just looked really, really happy to be there. Now I have no love for Mike Pence's policies but when they were dancing they looked much more like a couple and Karen still looked really happy.

I'm afraid my dislike of Trump and the artificial branding has extended to the family. They are all gilding and fake cornices. The adults all l look either smugly self-satisfied or deeply uncomfortable.

They do don't they. OK, I realise there are people who dislike public displays of affection but I've not noticed even a slight glimmer of genuine affection between them. You know, the little looks, that sort of thing. If I didn't know they were married I'd have said she was his PA.

Who would feel comfortable in that scenario?

I'm sure body laugage experts etc. know all her inner secrets and every detail of her private life.
What is her star sign? Maybe we should study that and then decide what her personal is really like.
