Correct me if I am wrong but shit happens no matter what you look like, hanging onto what you look like isnt going to make a bit of difference to good or bad luck for the rest of your life. Maybe I should get down to a size 8 and my life will be all just hunky dory again

I'm grateful for my enormous house, when I can't make it out the front door to our fully equipped gym I simply run up and down the many staircases and get fit that way.

I think I'd rather stay a size 14 and get no male attention tbh.
Male attention means diddly squat to me and to how important I am/how good I feel. I'd rather build my self esteem on things I have done for and achieved by myself.

Iv had a look at some of the other stuff youv posted and I have to say I don't think your very well.

You seem to have been feeling quite hopeless for a whole now and I think this thread might be misjudged but a way for you to outwardly focus on a "positive" because inwardly you feel pretty low, am I right?

Your looks really don't matter (in a deep way) when your ok with other parts of yourself/life.

I think you need to go and get a bit of help, see your gp tell the absolute truth rather than externalising the goods and bads as if they have nothing to do with you.

Get some control back and some perspective.

This reminds me of a girl I used to work with.

She had a lovely figure (she only ate Barbie Pasta shapes and spent three hours a day in the gym), but she could have eaten an apple through a tennis racket.

She was convinced of her own beauty and used to bang on all the time about how hard it was to be so gorgeous. She once didn't speak to a colleague for three months because they didn't comment on her new dress and "it had been so hard for her to wear it, she was literally shaking and puking before coming in to work because she knew she would get so much attention". And then kicked off because no one cared.

Her facebook was an endless stream of (rather equine) selfies and she would often ask people in the office what they had thought of her latest picture (no one gave a shit)

She also rang in sick once because she had accidentally drunk 2 Berocca's and thought she was overdosing on vitamin C.

The she accidentally included me in a group text she had sent to some colleagues commenting on my thighs after seeing my holiday photos. (Luckily I didn't give a damn. I can deadlift 120kg and my thighs are like Beyonces and I like them)

Do something to feel good about, OP. Knit a jumper or do some sudoku, join the local library and read a book you couldn't crack years ago. Help at the soup kitchen or run a marathon.

Ginky I think you may be right. I haven't seen the OP's posts before. It's quite a sad thing to post, OP, almost like you feel you have nothing else. It doesn't suggest great self-awareness, and I suspect all these people queuing up to kick you (and how they are enjoying that!) is just confirming how awful you are to yourself.

I think I'd get off MN and go and do something that will make you feel good about yourself or is relaxing, much more productive.
