So not only did Jeska use their unfair advantage to win medals meant for female athletes, but Jeska then tries to murder the man attemting to restore fairness to women's fell running:

Thanks for the link. I think the case is easily made that transgender is relevant to any violent or sexual crime. Whether or not any journalist will be brave enough to make it - amid all the bullying, harassment and silencing - I don't know, I just don't know. Jobs in journalism are hard to come by.
