To call 111 for this?

Shamelessly posting here for traffic as it's getting late and I'm worried.

FTM here. DS is 4 weeks old and I've just found this as I undressed him for a late bath (he's very windy and I need to comfort him). Is this just baby acne and WIBU to call 111, or do I actually need to worry? Baby is fine in himself, no fever, usual mood and sleep patterns etc.

I should add I'm on antibiotics for mastitis.

Persian no offence taken. What I'd written was obviously incorrect.

He was slightly off colour yesterday, but fussy etc, but had a really good night (slept through since 11!) and the rash is very nearly gone. Thanks for asking :-)

So glad to hear he's on the mend and it was nothing serious!

GLad he is on the mend. You can never be too carful with babies and if you're worried then best to get it checked
