I had to go to rehab as well but my Mum was able to look after dd.

Portia In some cases yes but there are some women who are happy having emotionless sex and there is nothing wrong with that.

Me.......ive tried having casual sex and it just isnt for me. Im just not made that way. Either that or im too well socially conditioned.

Social conditioning comes into play a lot here IMO.

AGL Cant comment on 7 kids by different men. Clearly your Mum was unhappy or maybe unwell. I've slept with different men just cannot commit because of ex. Not sure I ever want another husband but I'm happy without the first one so who knows ?

So surely at an evolutionary level the more promiscuous sex should be women but women have been discouraged from doing this at a social level for centuries so enabling the control of them by men hence the social conditioning.

Helena I think hormones in contraceptives make us more receptive to just sex, but there's nothing like a cuddle.

Likewise the matching of 'sexual peaks' (and no, am not trying to justify Co Op Boy). Perfectly acceptable for older men with younger women, but not the other way around.

For many women hormonal contraceptives decrease the sex drive because its altering the bodys natural hormonal state.

Jess i would consider a younger man up to a point. Im 43 but would feel uncomfortable if he was under 37.

Yes Helena I wouldn't marry again. I worry that dd hasn't seen her Father but she doesn't seem bothered. She's too busy going out with her bf.
Still Im better off without ex. My house is mine so I can kick anyone out if they displease me.Grin That isnt a brag I inherited monies which helped me a lot but in the process I lost my Dad and Grandad
