Well I just ate my signature steak and ale pie, with perfect pastry. I don't understand how people find pastry difficult. I don't even weigh it.

I've never made scons before. I think I'll take that as a challenge actually. I'm sure they'd be delicious with my homemade blackberry jam and a dollop of Cornish clotted cream on top.
