Thanks all, you don't realise how many people are affected by anxiety/depression. It's horrible. But yes, I've been far far worse than my bad day today. Today's bad day would've been January's good day. I'm getting there. Most days are good now. And I have so much good in my life. I'm lucky to have an amazing husband and children and a really supportive family and in-laws. It wasn't until I started to talk about it with other people (mums at school pick up started to ask if I was ok, because I looked dreadful), that they told me they suffered with it too. It felt good to hear other people's positive stories.

Thank you for sharing with me. Tomorrow is a new day. And I look forward to it.

red that's the idea I'll tell you something, I finally admitted to my Mum that I was addicted to ads she paid for me to get help. I was taking almost lethal doses but Im off the devil pills now and LTB so much happier. Dark dags do get brighter.

Red I'm another who's suffered depression and anxiety. In the past 7weeks my antidepressants have been tripled (all since ex decided to cause trouble again). I'm coping but I still get really anxious times and down days.
